- Support in finding a Medical Insurance in Germany
- Support in Documentation for Visa Extensions in Germany
- Support in finding Jobs During/After Studies in Germany
3 Payment Invoice
Once the applicant has submitted the application form, the applicant receives an invoice/contract per email with the account details and conditions of payment to ErfolgTeam SIG e.K.
4 Payment
The payment is due within two weeks after the contract from ErfolgTeam SIG e.K. has been received by the applicant per e-mail. If the applicant is paying through a regular bank transfer, then please note that the transaction charges of the bank have to be taken by the applicant. The consultancy services can be only given to the applicant once the complete payment amount has been received.
All package prices already include the Valued Added Tax (VAT) 19% according to German law.
4.1 Additional Costs For Uni-Assist/University Application
In case the applicant is applying through Uni-Assist or if the university demands an extra application fee, these charges have to be paid by the applicant.
4.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy
The applicant has a cancellation period of 14-days after he or she has received the contract per Email. Cancellations are only possible within 14-days. For cancellation, within the first 14 days just write us an email at info@erfolgteam.com with your registration number.
Note: In case of refund with bank transfer, the bank transaction charges (around 10-20€ approx.) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
5 Our Consultancy Services
Please refer to the “§2 ”, the applicant enjoys our services in the given frame of our consultancy services. We provide merely informatory services and our information/suggestion/correction or any statement has no legal binding and should not be considered or taken as a legal advice. In case of any kinds of deviations our company does not take any responsibility and cannot be held liable for this. Current and complete authentic information can be taken from the regarding official authorities.
6 University Admission And Visa Application Documentation Support
ErfolgTeam SIG e.K. does not guarantee for and has no influence on the university admission or the issuance of visa by the regarding embassy/consulate. The decision about the university admission or the issuance of visa is totally dependent upon the regarding authorities.
7 Photos And Videos
The applicant agrees that the pictures and/or videos of the applicant provided to ErfolgTeam SIG e.K. may be used by us for promotional purposes. In case of objection, the applicant has to inform us in written form (per Email at info@erfolgteam.com).
8 Information Provided By Us Through Emails, Telephone, Skype or our Website
We provide the information per e-mail, telephone, skype or through our website according to our experience and best know-how. However, in case of any kinds of deviations our company does not take any responsibility and cannot be held liable for this. Actual and complete authentic information can be taken from the regarding official authorities.
9 No Liability
ErfolgTeam SIG e.K. provides only informatory services and no legal advice services. Our company has no influence on the information that is being entered by the applicant on the application forms and other documents, on the issuance of the admission by a higher study institute in Germany, on the visa application, visa process or the issuance of the visa by the local German Embassy/Consulate. Our company is not any authority to extend your resident permit in Germany. We do not take any kind of responsibility in extending your resident permit. The extension of the resident permit lies totally on the decision of your local foreign office in Germany.
